Sau khi nhận được công văn của quý công ty về việc đề nghị huỷ bỏ hợp đồng thầu phụ số: DOWOO – OCVINA/1-2015 công trình thuỷ điện Nặm Hùng tỉnh Xaiyabouly.
Chúng tôi xin trả lời như sau:
1- Theo yêu cầu của công ty DOWOO chúng tôi đã đưa phương tiện, máy móc, thiết bị và nhân lực vào công trình để thi công công trình kể từ ngày 14/07/2015 . Việc thi công đảm bảo đúng tiến độ và chất lượng theo yêu cầu.

After receiving the dispatch of your company regarding the proposed rescission of the contract of subcontracting of: DOWOO-OCVINA/1-2015 hydroelectric works District the Hero Xaiyabouly. We would like to respond as follows:1-at the request of the company DOWOO we were given vehicles, machinery, equipment and manpower to work in construction since July 14, 2015. The construction ensures progress and quality as required.
