According to research by the Institute of National Business Research (NRBI), 23% of employees leave the company due to lack of opportunities currently being trained and developed, resulting in costs for business losses including loss of human financing, recruitment costs, productivity and training investments. Aligning employees can do to improve the situation of the business operations. In fact, according to research from Harvard University, a part of the human resources have been trained can affect the entire operation of the business. The major activities such as training, system administrator training, career development, the support from the leadership and management of the staff involved in training and enhancing improvements all contributed to the improve the status of the business.
However, the current situation shows that the proportion employee absence and tardiness at training sessions is worth to weigh and consider. In this paper, I will analyze the reasons for that condition as well as apply the knowledge learned, studied to offer the most effective solutions.
