Bên Mua có trách nhiệm thanh toán số tiền mua căn hộ cho Bên Bán theo diện tích thực tế khi bàn giao căn hộ; trong trường hợp diện tích thông thủy thực tế chênh lệch trong biên độ +/- 0,3% (không phảy ba phần trăm) so với diện tích ghi trong Hợp đồng này thì hai bên không phải điều chỉnh lại giá bán căn hộ. Nếu diện tích thông thủy thực tế chênh lệch vượt quá biên độ +/- 0,3% (không phảy ba phần trăm) so với diện tích ghi trong Hợp đồng này thì giá bán căn hộ sẽ được điều chỉnh lại theo diện tích đo đạc thực tế khi bàn giao căn hộ.
