Công Nợ: Công nợ quy định tại Hợp Đ

Công Nợ: Công nợ quy định tại Hợp Đồng là tổng số tiền mua hàng hóa và các nghĩa vụ tài chính khác mà Đại lý phải thanh toán cho công ty.
Bản Đối Chiếu Công Nợ: Bản đối chiếu công nợ là văn bản của công ty vào ngày 15 hàng tháng dương lịch sẽ gửi cho Đại Lý để xác nhận số nợ của Đại Lý trong tháng trước liền kề.
Bên Thứ Ba: Bên thứ Ba quy định tại hợp đồng này là bất cứ tổ chức hoặc/ và cá nhân nào tham gia vào quá trình mua – bán hàng hóa – thanh toán Công nợ hoặc / và thwucj hiện các nghĩa vụ khác của Đại Lý. THông tin về bên thứ ba này phải được Đại Lý đăng ký trước với Công Ty.
Ủy Quyền: Đối với Công Ty: Ủy Quyền được hiểu là người đại diện cho Công Ty ký vào Hợp đồng này đã có ủy quyền hợp pháp do người đại diện theo pháp luật của Công Ty Chấp nhận.
