Ngày 16-10, Ban Chấp hành Đảng bộ tỉnh khóa XIV đã tổ chức Hội nghị lần thứ 2. Các đồng chí: Hoàng Văn Chất, Bí thư Tỉnh ủy, Chủ tịch HĐND tỉnh; Nguyễn Đắc Quỳnh, Phó Bí thư Thường trực Tỉnh ủy; Cầm Ngọc Minh, Phó Bí thư Tỉnh ủy, Chủ tịch UBND tỉnh chủ trì Hội nghị. ban

Dự Hội nghị có các đồng chí trong Ban Thường vụ Tỉnh ủy, Ủy viên Ban Chấp hành Đảng bộ tỉnh; nguyên Ủy viên Ban Chấp hành Đảng bộ tỉnh Khóa XIII. Hội nghị đã thông báo Quyết định số 2024-QĐNS/TW của Ban Chấp hành Trung ương Đảng về việc chuẩn y Ban Chấp hành Đảng bộ, Ban Thường vụ Tỉnh ủy và các chức danh Bí thư, Phó Bí thư Tỉnh ủy khóa XIV, nhiệm kỳ 2015-2020. Hội nghị đã tập trung đánh giá kết quả công tác lãnh đạo, chỉ đạo của Ban Chấp hành Đảng bộ tỉnh 9 tháng năm 2015; nhiệm vụ trọng tâm quý IV năm 2015.

Trong 9 tháng qua, Ban Chấp hành Đảng bộ tỉnh đã tập trung lãnh đạo, chỉ đạo các cấp, các ngành tập trung thực hiện các nhiệm vụ đề ra. Kinh tế tiếp tục duy trì tốc độ tăng trưởng; tổng sản phẩm tính theo giá hiện hành ước đạt 19.459 tỷ đồng, bằng 63% kế hoạch, tăng 6% so với cùng kỳ năm trước. Công tác ổn định đời sống và sản xuất nhân dân vùng tái định cư thủy điện Sơn La, Hòa Bình được các cấp, các ngành quan tâm chỉ đạo triển khai. Văn hoá - xã hội có nhiều tiến bộ, nhất là tập trung chỉ đạo các hoạt động chào mừng Đại hội Đảng bộ tỉnh lần thứ XIV, kỷ niệm 120 năm Ngày thành lập tỉnh, đón nhận Huân chương Hồ Chí Minh và Bằng xếp hạng Di tích Quốc gia đặc biệt Nhà tù Sơn La... Đời sống vật chất và tinh thần của nhân dân được cải thiện. Khối đoàn kết dân tộc được củng cố vững chắc. Tiềm lực quốc phòng, an ninh được tăng cường. An ninh chính trị, trật tự an toàn xã hội được giữ vững ổn định. Quan hệ đối ngoại, nhất là với các tỉnh Bắc Lào tiếp tục được tăng cường. Hệ thống chính trị được củng cố, kiện toàn. Đặc biệt, Tỉnh ủy đã chỉ đạo tốt công tác tổ chức đại hội Đảng bộ các cấp và tổ chức thành công Đại hội Đảng bộ tỉnh lần thứ XIV, nhiệm kỳ 2015-2020. Đến hết tháng 8-2015, Đảng bộ tỉnh kết nạp hơn 2.000 đảng viên, nâng tổng số đảng viên trong toàn Đảng bộ tỉnh lên 72.246 đảng viên; thành lập mới 45 chi bộ trực thuộc đảng ủy cơ sở...

Kết luận Hội nghị, đồng chí Hoàng Văn Chất đề nghị các đồng chí trong Ban Chấp hành Đảng bộ tỉnh tập trung chỉ đạo thực hiện, hoàn thành các nhiệm vụ đề ra tại Nghị quyết số 27-NQ/TU của Ban Chấp hành Đảng bộ tỉnh; cụ thể hóa, xây dựng chương trình hành động thực hiện Nghị quyết Đại hội Đảng bộ tỉnh lần thứ XIV và chương trình hoạt động toàn khóa của Ban Chấp hành Đảng bộ tỉnh nhiệm kỳ 2015-2020. Tăng cường công tác phát triển Đảng ở những bản, trường học chưa có chi bộ, chưa có đảng viên. Tập trung hoàn thành quyết toán lần 1, giải quyết những vướng mắc và triển khai giai đoạn 2 công tác ổn định đời sống và sản xuất cho nhân dân TĐC thủy điện Sơn La, Hòa Bình; Tăng cường tiềm lực quốc phòng, giữ vững an ninh chính trị, đảm bảo trật tự an toàn xã hội. Lãnh đạo, chỉ đạo công tác chuẩn bị kỳ họp cuối năm 2015 của HĐND tỉnh khóa XIII, kỳ họp HĐND cấp huyện, thành phố.
