Today I will talk about the eating habits of myself
-buoi night I went to bed very late, usually 1 am, so the next morning woke up very late, so my breakfast very simple with 1 cup of milk or 2 lt water (because it is good for the skin). really, this is one bad habit for health, but with their schedules, I myself very hard to improve it.
Next I will have lunch and dinner. Here are two most important meal for myself, so I'm very focused on it. Usually I will have meat, vegetables, rice and soup for 2 meals. I think I have enough energy from two meals.
I am very quick night hungry, so I often go out to eat at night, I usually eat light foods such as noodles, congee ....
