Lời mở đầu
Năm 2014, kinh tế thế giới tiếp tục có những dấu hiệu phục hồi nhưng tốc độ còn chậm và chưa thực sự bền vững , thị trường tài chính quốc tê chứa đựng nhiều rủi ro, lạm phát có xu hướng giảm .Trong nước , kinh tế Việt Nam đã đạt được nhiều kết quả tích cực, kinh tế vĩ mô ổn định, lạm phát được kiểm soát ở mức thấp nhất trong những năm gần đây.
Để có được nguồn vốn lớn đáp ứng nhu cầu phát triển của đất nước, ngành ngân hàng đã có nhiều biện pháp hữu hiệu nhằm tập trung mọi nguồn vốn nhàn rỗi từ mọi thành phần kinh tế thông qua chức năng trung gian thanh toán đáp ứng kịp thời cho nền kinh tế . Đó là:
-Thực hiện tốt các chính sách khách hàng.
-Đa dạng hóa các hình thức huy động .
-Đổi mới và áp dụng các công nghệ hiện đại trong quá trình hoạt động.
Ngân hàng công thương Việt Nam là một trong những ngân hàng thương mại lớn nhất Việt Nam . Những kết quả đã đạt được trong thời gian vừa qua đã cho thấy NHCT VN đã hội nhập rất tốt. Trong thành công của NHCT VN, Ngân hàng TMCP Công Thương chi nhánh Nam Thăng Long đã góp phần không nhỏ .Lợi nhuận của chi nhánh năm 2010 là hơn 100 tỷ đồng , hoàn thành kế hoạch Vietinbank giao , đứng top 3 về đóng góp lợi nhuận của hệ thống.
Trong thời gian vừa qua thực tập tại Ngân hàng TMCP Công thương dưới sự hướng dẫn tận tình của thầy giáo Tạ Huy Hùng cũng như sự giúp đỡ tận tình của anh chị cán bộ tại phòng thanh toán Xuất nhập khẩu và các bạn phòng ban khác tại Ngân hàng công thương chi nhánh Nam Thăng Long em đã hoàn thành “ Báo cáo kiến tập “ này một cách tốt đẹp. Vì sự hiểu biết còn hạn chế nên bản báo cáo này không tránh khỏi những sai sót. Kính mong các thầy cô giáo xem xét và góp ý giúp em hoàn thiện bản “ Báo cáo kiến tập “ này hơn.
