Điều 4: Thời gian và tiến độ thực hiện:
- Thời gian thực hiện hợp đồng:
+ Thời gian xây dựng và lắp đặt máy móc thiết bị, công nghệ: 42 ngày kể từ ngày bàn giao mặt bằng.
+ Thời gian nuôi cấy vi sinh: 120 ngày kể từ ngày hoàn thành phần xây dựng và lắp đặt máy móc thiết bị, công nghệ.
Thời gian tính cả các ngày thứ bảy, chủ nhật, trừ ngày nghỉ Tết dương lịch và tết cổ truyền.
- Tiến độ thực hiện từng hạng mục, từng công việc phải phù hợp với tổng tiến độ của công trình.
