-      MB thực hiện rà soát định kỳ hoặc đột xuất khách hàng/khoản vay tuân thủ quy định tại quy trình tín dụng (thông thường hàng tháng, hoặc ngay khi phát sinh thông tin rủi ro có thể ảnh hưởng đến chất lượng tín dụng/khả năng trả nợ của KH tại MB) đảm bảo tần suất đánh giá tăng lên cùng với mức độ rủi ro của khoản vay.. Các nội dung kiểm soát định kỳ bao gồm kiểm soát mục đích sử dụng vốn, kiểm soát sau đối với khách hàng như tình hình tài chính, hoạt động kinh doanh; tài sản bảo đảm…) đảm bảo phát hiện sớm các rủi ro và có các giải pháp hạn chế kịp thời.
