Tổ chức này có mục đích và mục tiêu

Tổ chức này có mục đích và mục tiêu là phát triển các nguyên tắc và kỹ thuật cho giao lưu Hàng không quốc tế và thúc đẩy việc vạch kế hoạch và sự phát triển vận tải Hàng không quốc tế để:

a) Bảo đảm an toàn và phát triển có trật tự ngành Hàng không dân dụng quốc tế trên toàn cầu;

b) Khuyến khích các kỹ thuật thiết kế và khai thác tầu bay nhằm các mục đích hoà bình;

c) Khuyến khích phát triển các đường hàng không, các cảng hàng không và các phương tiện bảo đảm không lưu cho ngành Hàng không dân dụng quốc tế;

d) Đáp ứng nhu cầu của nhân dân trên thế giới về vận tải hàng không an toàn, điều hoà, hiệu quả và kinh tế;

e) Tránh lãng phí tiền của gây ra bởi sự cạnh tranh vô lý;

f) Bảo đảm tôn trọng hoàn toàn các quyền của các Quốc gia ký kết và bảo đảm cho mọi Quốc gia ký kết một cơ hội đồng đều trong việc khai thác các hãng Hàng không quốc tế;

g) Tránh sự phân biệt giữa các Quốc gia ký kết;

h) Thúc đẩy an toàn bay trong giao lưu Hàng không quốc tế;

i) Thúc đẩy toàn bộ sự phát triển tất cả các lĩnh vực Hàng không dân dụng quốc tế;

This organization has the purpose and the goal is to develop the principles and techniques for international exchanges and promote the plan and the development of international air transport to:a) ensuring safe and orderly development of international civil aviation sector worldwide;b) encourage the design and technical exploitation of the ship fly to peaceful purposes;c) encourage the development of the air, the airports and the means of ensuring air traffic for international civil aviation;d) meet the needs of the people in the world of air transportation safety, efficiency, and economy;e) Avoiding waste of money caused by unreasonable competition;f) ensure complete respect the rights of the countries signing and guaranteed for all countries signing a uniform opportunity in tapping the international airlines;g) Avoid discrimination between countries signed;h) promote safety of flight in international air exchanges;I) promote the full development of all areas of international civil aviation;
