today, Project management of urban upgrading the Mekong Delta-can tho subprojects (Pmu) are making up TOR for supervision package 02-phase 2. Accordingly, the PMU notice should not request technical assistance missions located in tenders in construction supervision. Based on the experience made a selection of a supervising for phase 1, the Pmu will take at least 10 months to recruit supervision unit. Accordingly, the PMU offers the World Bank approved for Pmu continued extension of duration of contracts CT package 02-CS-CS-A and 4.14 4.14 CT-B, namely:
1. Duration of contract signed 02 package:
-package CT-CS-4.14 a: timing of experts do the job tho will end on Mar. 23-2014 and the remaining duties of this contract are professionals will advise at this expert's nationality.
-Package CT-CS-B 4.14: the time of the expert do the job tho will end in September 2014.
2. Currently, the Pmu is preparing a selection unit 02 supervision consultant for construction bids – phase 2. Accordingly, PMU are delivered complete consultants 02 TOR and created HSMT for 02 supervision package based on the TOR was the World Bank no objection applies to 6 cities in Mekong Delta project. Therefore, to meet the progress of the project, PMU proposes extension of duration of contracts in 02/09 additional experts to assist Pmu in recruitment
