Tự do lương tâm là quyền căn bản của con người. Vì thế, con người buộc phải luôn làm theo lương tâm, cho dù có thể sai lầm. Vì vậy cần một quá trình đào tạo lương tâm lâu dài cho mọi người từ gia đình, xã hội và Giáo Hội.
