2. Thụ lý hồ sơ
Hồ sơ xin visa nếu gửi trực tiếp đến Tổng Lãnh sự quán Nhật Bản bằng đường fax hay đường thư tín bưu phẩm sẽ không được thụ lý. Hồ sơ phải được gửi cho người xin visa.

5. Thời gian xét duyệt

6. Xét duyệt visa
