Các đô thị loại 4 trở lên và tất cả các khu công nghiệp, khu chế xuất có hệ thống xử lý nước thải tập trung, 95% chất thải rắn thông thường, 100% chất thải nguy hại và 100% chất thải y tế được xử lý đạt tiêu chuẩn môi trường.
