Trong DSDM, các mức độ về chất lượng khi chuyển giao sẽ được thỏa thuận và thông qua từ trước khi bắt đầu dự án. Tất cả các công việc được đặt ra nhằm mục đích đảm bảo được chất lượng trước khi chuyển giao. A solution has be “Good Enough”
Để đảm bảo được principle này, các đội phải:
Mức độ chất lượng phải được chấp thuận ngay từ lúc bắt đầu
Đảm bảo rằng chất lượng sẽ không trở thành một biến số mà không thể kiểm soát
Áp dụng các biện pháp Early Test, Multiple Testing và Acceptance Testing
Review liên tục về chất lượng
Documentation và Design appropriately
Việc kiểm tra, đánh giá sẽ được thực hiện trong suốt life cycle của sản phẩm, đề ra được phương pháp dự phòng. Việc áp dụng các phương thức kiểm thử sẽ khiến chất lượng được cải thiện nhiều hơn.
