Trong tháng 12 năm 2011, một bản tóm tắt chính sách về bình đẳng giới trong thích ứng với biến đổi khí hậu (CCA) và giảm rủi ro thiên tai (DRR) đã được xây dựng với sự tham gia của các Bộ có liên quan, Hội Phụ nữ, Hội Chữ thập đỏ, các cơ quan Liên Hợp Quốc. Tóm tắt chính sách nêu bật các thông điệp và khuyến nghị chính về lồng ghép giới trong chính sách và chương trình về GNRRTT như: cần có phân tích giới trong tất cả các khâu xây dựng và thực hiện chính sách và chương trình về GNRRTT các cấp; các dữ liệu và thông tin về đánh giá rủi ro, thiệt hại, nhu cầu sau thiên tai cần phải phân tách giới; nâng cao nhận thức của cán bộ và người dân về lồng ghép giới trong GNRRTT; và tăng cường sự tham gia của phụ nữ trong quá trình lập kế hoạch và thực thi công tác GNRRTT.

In December 2010, a summary of the policy on gender equality in adaptation to climate change (CCA) and disaster risk reduction (DRR) was built with the participation of relevant ministries, the women, the Red Cross, the United Nations agency. Summary the policy highlighted the principal recommendations and messages about gender mainstreaming in policy and programs about GNRRTT such as: gender analysis is required in every stage of construction and implementation of policies and programs on the GNRRTT levels; the data and information on risk assessment, damage, demand after natural disasters need to be gender-separated; to raise the awareness of officials and people on mainstreaming gender in GNRRTT; and increase the participation of women in the process of planning and implementation of the GNRRTT.

In December 2011, a summary of the policy on gender equality in adaptation to climate change (CCA) and disaster risk reduction (DRR) has been developed with the participation of relevant ministries Women's Union, Red Cross and UN agencies. Policy brief highlights the key messages and recommendations on gender mainstreaming in policies and programs for DRR as required gender analysis in all stages of formulation and implementation of policies and programs of the DRR level; data and information on risk assessment, damages, demands disaster should disaggregated; raise awareness of staff and people on gender mainstreaming in DRR; and strengthen the participation of women in the process of planning and implementing DRR activities.
