Nếu bộ chứng từ phù hợp thì ngân hàng phát hành trích tiền chuyển sang ngân hàng thông báo để ghi có cho người thụ hưởng. Nếu không phù hợp thì từ chối thanh toán.

If the appropriate certificate from the issuing bank to extract money transfer to the Bank notice to record there for the beneficiary. If not suitable then refused payment.

If appropriate, the documents issuing bank deducted the money transferred to the bank notice to credit to the beneficiary. If no match, then refused payment.
