Trong trường hợp Bên A vi phạm Hợp

Trong trường hợp Bên A vi phạm Hợp Đồng, Bên A phải bồi thường cho Bên B một khoản tiền tương đương số tiền cọc. Ngược lại, nếu Bên B vi phạm Hợp Đồng, Bên B sẽ chịu mất tiền cọc.
