2.1. Trường hợp số ngày không làm v

2.1. Trường hợp số ngày không làm việc và không hưởng tiền lương, từ 14 ngày trở lên trong tháng thì không tính đóng BHXH, BHYT, BHTN của tháng đó:
- Người lao động tăng mới thì tính đóng BHXH, BHYT, BHTN từ ngày đầu của tháng tiếp theo tháng chuyển đến làm việc hoặc tháng có hiệu lực của hợp đồng lao động, quyết định tuyển dụng;
- Người lao động ngừng việc, nghỉ việc thì tính đóng BHXH, BHYT, BHTN đến ngày cuối cùng của tháng trước liền kề tháng ngừng việc, nghỉ việc.
Trong cả hai trường hợp trên, nếu đơn vị và người lao động đề nghị đóng BHXH, BHYT, BHTN cho cả tháng mà người lao động có ít nhất 01 ngày làm việc và hưởng tiền lương, tiền công thì thực hiện theo đề nghị của đơn vị.
