To bring value to customers, businesses must use a tool to face the superior value. Thus, enterprises must create a demand-response market supply (or services), and to decide how much will be charged for the offering (the price), and how it will communicate with target customers about offers and inform them about the value of it (promotion), and finally, it must make the offering available to target consumers (place).
