Thứ nhất: Tiếp tục quán triệt tinh thần phát triển kinh tế là nhiệm vụ trọng tâm, quận cần thực hiện các giải pháp tích cực, hiệu quả đẩy mạnh chuyển dịch cơ cấu kinh tế theo đúng định hướng (dịch vụ - công nghiệp - nông nghiệp) trên địa bàn.
