Phòng Cung Ứng Vật Tư gồm Giám Đốc cung ứng và 3 phó phòng mua hàng phụ trách 3 nhóm hàng nguyên liệu, bao bì, vật tư, chịu trách nhiệm thu mua tất cả nguồn nguyên vật liệu đầu vào cho Kinh Đô từ trong nước cũng như ngoài nước. Họ phải đảm bảo mua được nguồn hàng với giá tốt nhất, chất lượng đảm bảo, nguồn hàng ổn định liên tục không gián đoạn. Bên cạnh đó, bộ phận này cũng phải thường xuyên tìm kiếm nguồn cung cấp mới, nhà cung cấp mới.
