II. NỘI DUNG CUỘC HỌP
1. LƯỚI CÀO (LƯỚI PE)
- Mr.Quang sẽ gửi hai bó lưới mẫu cho công ty Han-A Vina nghiên cứu.
- Lưới cào là loại lưới có sử dụng tia hồng ngoại (tia UV)
- Loại lưới này sử dụng chung với lưới Nylon
- Một số zize thông dụng
380D / 12,15,18,21 600MD x 15MTR
700D / 15,18,21,24,30 300MD x 30MTR
(Dệt lưới giống lưới nylon)
Khối lượng 1 bó: khoảng 28kg (Mặt xuôi)
2. HỢP ĐỒNG HỢP TÁC KINH DOANH HAI BÊN
- Mr.Tỷ mong muốn hai bên làm việc lâu dài và có kế hoạch hợp tác trong tương lai.
- Công ty Nghĩa Thái sẽ là nhà phân phối độc quyền sản phẩm lưới của công ty TNHH Han-A Vina. Thời gian dự định hợp tác sẽ là 5 năm. Sau 5 năm, nếu hai bên không hợp tác thì Han-A Vina không được bán hàng ra ngoài thị trường trong 2 năm để hỗ trợ cty Nghĩa Thái giải quyết hàng tồn kho.
- Sản lượng năm đầu tiên là 250 tấn/năm. Số lượng này có thể tăng lên theo thỏa thuận của hai bên
- Bên Han-A Vina yêu cầu : Bên công ty Nghĩa Thái đặt hàng với số lượng đều đều trong mỗi tháng đảm bảo luôn có hàng cho Han-A Vina sản xuất
- Nhưng bên Nghĩa Thái sẽ cố gắng hỗ trợ Han-A Vina như sau:
+ Trong thời vụ: trong 6 tháng đầu sản lượng trung bình mỗi tháng Nghĩa Thái sẽ đặt hàng số lượng khoảng 25 tấn/tháng. Tuy nhiên, sẽ có lúc hàng cần gấp, nhà máy cố gắng hỗ trợ thêm máy để hàng hóa được sản xuất nhanh hơn
+ Ngoài mùa vụ: trong 6 tháng cuối sản lượng trung bình mỗi tháng sẽ đặt hàng từ 15-20 tấn/tháng
- Sản lượng mỗi tháng có thể thay đổi khác nhau, nhưng tổng số lượng trong một năm tối thiểu là 250 tấn /năm. Số lượng này có thể tăng dần tùy vào tình hình thị trường và hai bên sẽ bàn bạc nói chuyện thêm.
3. GIÁ CẢ
- Hai bên sẽ hỗ trợ với nhau về vấn đề giá cả, căn cứ vào sự thay đổi tình hình thị trường và theo giá của hai nhà máy lớn là King Chou và Ching Fa.
- Nghĩa Thái mong muốn Han-A Vina hỗ trợ giá trong vòng 6 tháng (tháng 4 -> tháng 10), Nghĩa Thái sẽ đẩy mạnh sản phẩm lưới của Han- A Vina ( nhãn hiệu 2 con cá heo) ra ngoài thị trường mạnh hơn
