các khoản tín dụng bất động sản của các Ngân hàng thương mại tạo điều kiện khai thác và
sử dụng hiệu quả mọi nguồn lực trong xã hội, trong nền kinh tế. Theo đó các khoản vốn nhàn
rỗi trong dân cư được thu hút thông qua việc người dân đầu tư , mua các chứng khoán hoá
dựa trên các khoản cho vay bất động sản. Trên cơ sở đó cùng với các hình thức đầu tư khác
như gửi tiền ngân hàng; mua vàng tích luỹ; kinh doanh...người dân có thêm sự lựa chọn các
chứng khoán hoá từ các khoản cho vay bất động sản để đầu tư. Dưới góc độ vĩ mô, việc ra
đời của loại chứng khoán mới (chứng khoán hoá trên cơ sở các khoản tín dụng bất động sản)
sẽ thu hút, khai thác mọi nguồn vốn nhỏ lẽ, nhàn rỗi trong nền kinh tế để sử dụng đầu tư vào
lĩnh vực sản xuất kinh doanh, tạo khả năng sinh lợi cao, góp phần thúc đẩy nền kinh tế tiếp
tục tăng trưởng và phát triển.
