- Tiêu chuẩn quy phạm xây dựng được áp dụng:
+ TCVN 5334: 2007: Tiêu chuẩn Việt Nam “ Thiết bị điện kho xăng dầu mỏ và sản phẩm mỏ - Yêu cầu an toàn trong thiết kế, lắp đặt và sử dụng”.
+ TCVN 5307:2009: Tiêu chuẩn Việt Nam “ Kho dầu mỏ và sản phẩm dầu mỏ yêu cầu thiết kế”.
+ TCVN 7997 – 2009: Tiêu chuẩn Việt Nam “ Cáp điện lực đi ngầm trong đất – Phương pháp lắp đặt”.
b. Về khối lượng công việc
Các nội dung chạy thử đơn động không tải:
- Chạy thử không tải đối với các thiết bị giàn xuất: cấp điện ra giàn xuất cho bộ điều khiển, level switch.
- Chạy thử không tải các máy tính giám sát và quản lý dữ liệu, test truyền thông từ máy tính Scada xuống bộ điều khiển;
- Hiển thị trên máy tính Scada các thông số quá trình xuất hàng;
c. Về chất lượng và kỹ thuật lắp đặt các thiết bị
Tất cả các thiết bị và các phần mềm tích hợp cho hệ thống tích hợp hệ thống tự động hóa kho nhiên liệu sau khi kiểm tra đã được cấp điện, khởi động và chạy thử ở chế độ đơn động không tải thành công.
