Như là cha của A, tôi lẽ ra nên gọi điện cho bạn khi A vừa đến nhà của bạn. Tuy nhiên, tôi cho rằng bạn có thể thông cảm cho tôi vì sự bất đồng ngôn ngữ của chúng ta. Đó cũng chính là lý do tôi viết lá thư này cho bạn.
Trước hết, tôi rất cảm ơn bạn vì đã nhận chăm sóc cho A. A là người nhạy cảm, có sức khỏe, tính tình hiền lành, và có hơi nhút nhát. Đó là một điều may mắn cho chúng tôi khi A được ở cùng bạn và có cơ hội chia sẻ, học hỏi văn hóa từ gia đình của bạn. Tôi hy vọng A sẽ dễ dàng làm quen với cuộc sống chung. A vốn học hành và làm việc khá chăm chỉ, tuy nhiên, về vấn đề ngôn ngữ, A có chút lo lắng về việc nói tiếng Anh khi ngày nhập học đã gần đến. Với sự nỗ lực của A, và sự hỗ trợ của bạn, tôi khá chắc rằng A sẽ làm tốt mọi việc.
Chúng tôi thường liên lạc với nhau qua Viber. A luôn cho tôi cảm nhận được sự vui mừng khi được sống cùng bạn. A nói rằng không thể tìm được gia chủ nào tốt hơn gia đình của bạn. Và tôi cũng rất mừng vì điều đó. Tôi tin rằng sẽ có cơ hội để viếng thăm gia đình bạn, và mời bạn sang Việt Nam một lần.
