(1) Thực hiện Hiệp định ngày 20 thá

(1) Thực hiện Hiệp định ngày 20 tháng 11 năm 1991 giữa Chính phủ Cộng hòa Liên bang Đức và Chính phủ Cộng hòa Xã hội Chủ nghĩa Việt Nam về Hợp tác Kỹ thuật, các dự án sau đây sẽ được hỗ trợ:
1. Năng lượng tái tạo và Tiết kiệm năng lượng đến 3 000 000 Euro (bằng chữ: Ba triệu Euro);
2. Chương trình Cải cách Đào tạo nghề đến 9 000 000 Euro (bằng chữ: Chín triệu Euro);
3. Bảo vệ tổng hợp vùng ven biển và rừng ngập mặn tại các tỉnh đồng bằng sông Cửu Long nhằm thích ứng với biến đổi khí hậu đến 1 400 000 Euro (bằng chữ: Một triệu bốn trăm nghìn Euro);
4. Bảo vệ tổng hợp và Quản lý bền vững tài nguyên thiên nhiên tại khu vực Vườn quốc gia Phong Nha Kẻ Bàng đến 2 000 000 Euro (bằng chữ: Hai triệu Euro);
5. Chương trình Vệ sinh Môi trường/Phát triển Đô thị đến 3 500 000 Euro (bằng chữ: Ba triệu năm trăm nghìn Euro);
6. Chương trình Tư vấn Đa dạng sinh học đến 4 500 000 Euro (bằng chữ: Bốn triệu năm trăm nghìn Euro);
7. Cải thiện bảo vệ nguồn nước ngầm đến 1 500 000 Euro (bằng chữ: Một triệu năm trăm nghìn Euro);
8. Chương trình Cải cách Kinh tế vĩ mô/Tăng trưởng Xanh đến 6 500 000 Euro (bằng chữ: Sáu triệu năm trăm nghìn Euro);
9. Tăng cường năng lực xây dựng pháp luật cho Văn phòng Chính phủ Việt Nam đến 1 000 000 Euro (bằng chữ: Một triệu Euro);
10. Quỹ Nghiên cứu và Chuyên gia đến 3 800 000 Euro (bằng chữ: Ba triệu tám trăm nghìn Euro);

Vocational training reform program to 9 000 000 Euro (in words: Nine million Euro);3. General protection of the coastal and mangrove forests in the Cuu Long River Delta in order to adapt to climate change to 1 400 000 Euro (in words: one million four hundred thousand euros);4. General protection and sustainable management of natural resources in the area of Phong Nha Ke Bang National Park to 2 000 000 Euro (in words: Two million Euro);5. The environmental hygiene program/urban development to 3 500 000 Euro (in words: Three million five hundred thousand Euro);6. the consulting program of biodiversity to 4 500 000 Euro (in words: Four million five hundred thousand Euro);7. Improve the protection of groundwater to 1 500 000 Euro (in words: one million five hundred thousand Euro);8. Economic reform program/macro Green growth to 6 500 000 Euro (in words: Six million five hundred thousand Euro);9. Strengthening legal construction for the Office of the Government of Vietnam to 1 000 000 Euro (in words: one million Euro);10. Fund research and expert to 3 800 000 Euro (in words: Three million eight hundred thousand Euro);

6. Program Biodiversity Advice to 4.5 million Euro (in words: four million five hundred thousand Euros);
7. Improve protection of groundwater resources to 1.5 million Euro (in words: one million five hundred thousand Euros);
8. Reform Macroeconomics / Green Growth to 6.5 million Euro (in words: six million five hundred thousand Euros);
9. Strengthening capacity building for law Vietnam Government Office to 1 million euros (in words: one million Euro);
10. Study and Expert Fund to 3.8 million Euro (in words: three million eight hundred thousand Euros);
