Góp đủ, đúng hạn số vốn đã cam kết

Góp đủ, đúng hạn số vốn đã cam kết và chịu trách nhiệm về các khoản nợ và nghĩa vụ tài sản khác của công ty trong phạm vi số vốn đã góp vào công ty, trừ trường hợp quy định tại khoản 2 và khoản 4 Điều 48 của Luật doanh nghiệp 2014.

Enough, the due amount of capital has been committed to and responsible for the debts and obligations of the other assets of the company in the scope of which had contributed to the company, except in the case prescribed in clause 2 and clause 4 Article 48 of the law on business by 2014.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

To contribute fully, on time as committed and responsible for the debts and other property obligations of the company within the amount of capital contributed to the company, unless otherwise stipulated in clauses 2 and 4 of Article 48 of the enterprise Law in 2014.
