đây là lần đầu tiên tôi đến thăm Hà Nội và ở khách sạn này 3 ngày. chúng tôi đã đến đó khá muộn, vào lúc 2 giờ sáng do chuyến bay bị hoãn mất 2 tiếng đồng hồ nhưng nhân viên lễ tân vẫn cố gắng thức để đợi chúng tôi. ngay khi tôi đến, chúng tôi được check in ngay.
sau bữa sáng, trước khi chúng tôi ra ngoài, chúng tôi được lễ tân giới thiệu bản đồ - điều đó rất hữu ích đối với chúng tôi. họ cũng khuyên chúng tôi những gì nên và không nên khi ở Hà Nội.
nhân viên lễ tân thì thật sự thân thiện. họ thường hỏi tôi có muốn uồng gì không khi tôi ngồi ở sảnh khách sạn. tất cả luôn niềm nở, chào đón các vị khách khi đến khách sạn.
khách sạn thì bình thường nhưng đầy đủ tiện nghi cần thiết và sạch sẽ, đáng giá tiền.
bữa sáng thì khá ngon.
chúng tôi check out sớm vào lúc 4h sáng. điều làm tôi thật sự cảm thấy biết ơn là nhân viên lễ tân và nhân viên bảo vệ vẫn cố gắng dậy sớm để chuẩn bị cho chúng tôi bữa sáng mang đi. chúng tôi rất vui vì điều đó.
taxi đón sân bay được khách sạn đề xuất là 18 đô la, rẻ hơn rất nhiều nếu tự bắt taxi ở sân bay.
nhất định sẽ quay lại khách sạn này khi chúng tôi đến Hà Nội lần sau.

This is the first time I visited Hanoi and in this hotel for 3 days. We were there pretty late, at 2 o'clock in the morning due to the delayed flight takes 2 hours but the front desk staff was still trying to wait us out. as soon as I arrived, we were check in soon.After breakfast, before we go out, we offered a reception to introduce map-that is very helpful for us. They also advise us what should and should not while in Hanoi.the front desk staff is really friendly. they often ask me what was initiated when I want to sit in the hotel lobby. all always affable, welcoming the guests upon arrival.the hotel then usual but full of necessary facilities and clean, value for money.the breakfast was quite tasty.We check out early in the morning at 4 h. What do I really feel grateful is the receptionist and security guard was still trying to get up early to prepare breakfast for us carried away. We are happy for that.taxi shuttle to the hotel proposal is 18 dollars, a lot cheaper if self caught a taxi at the airport.will definitely return to this hotel when we arrived in Hanoi.
