- Nâng cao năng lực đội ngũ giảng viên cơ hữu, kiêm nhiệm và thỉnh giảng.
- Tự đánh giá chương trình đào tạo cao đẳng điều dưỡng khách quan và trung thực.
- Phối hợp với các bên liên quan trong việc đào tạo cao đẳng điều dưỡng dựa trên năng lực.
- Sử dụng kinh phí của Dự án hiệu quả và đúng quy định.
- Thực hiện đúng tiến độ theo yêu cầu của BAN QUẢN LÝ DỰ ÁN của Bộ Y tế.
- Thực hiện các báo cáo kịp thời về BAN QUẢN LÝ DỰ ÁN của Bộ Y tế khi có yêu cầu.
