Thực hiện Luật Quản lý Thuế số 78/2

Thực hiện Luật Quản lý Thuế số 78/2006/QH11; Luật số 21/2012/QH13 sửa đổi bổ sung một số điều của Luật Quản lý thuế và các văn bản hướng dẫn thi hành. Để quản lý, thu thuế đối với các đơn vị thi công xây dựng tại Dự án Nhà máy nhiệt điện Thái Bình 1, Cục Thuế tỉnh Thái Bình bố trí buổi làm việc với Công ty Toa Corporation Nhật Bản và Công ty Marubeni - Thầu chính xây dựng nhà máy nhiệt điện Thái Bình như sau:
Nội dung: Thống nhất biện pháp quản lý thu thuế đối với các đơn vị thi công xây dựng tại Dự án Nhà máy nhiệt điện Thái Bình 1.
Thành phần:
- Mời đại diện lãnh đạo UBND huyện Thái Thụy.
- Cục Thuế: Lãnh đạo Cục; Lãnh đạo các phòng: Tổng hợp nghiệp vụ dự toán, Kiểm tra thuế số 2.
- Chi cục Thuế Thái Thụy: Chi cục trưởng và đội trưởng đội kiểm tra.
- Công ty Toa Corporation Nhật Bản và Công ty Marubeni: Ông (bà) Giám đốc và Kế toán trưởng.
Thời gian: Từ 09h00 phút, ngày 09/11/2016 (thứ 4).
Địa điểm: phòng họp giao ban Tầng 3 Văn phòng Cục Thuế.
Người chủ trì: Ông Đặng Hồng Kỳ - Phó cục trưởng Cục Thuế.
Tài liệu yêu cầu Công ty Toa Corporation Nhật Bản và Công ty Marubeni chuẩn bị: Giá trị hợp đồng, số tiền đã thanh toán, số tiền dự kiến thanh toán cho các nhà thầu Việt Nam thi công xây dựng tại dự án nhiệt điện 1 (theo biểu mẫu đính kèm).
Cục Thuế thông báo để các đơn vị bố trí thời gian và chuẩn bị các tài liệu để buổi làm việc đạt kết quả./.
