- Chịu trách nhiệm làm việc để bàn giao công trình sau khi tái bố trí cho cơ quan quản lý chuyên ngành và các vấn đề liên quan khác;
- Thực hiện theo tiến độ đã được quy định tại Điều V “Thời gian thực hiện” của hợp đồng này;
- Liên hệ các cơ quan quản lý đường bộ để thực hiện phân luồng, hướng dẫn đảm bảo an toàn giao thông khi thi công, cấp phép (nếu có);
- Đảm bảo sau khi bàn giao mặt bằng cho Bên A: Bên A thi công công trình chính không còn vướng mắc và không chịu bất cứ trách nhiệm gì về việc hư hỏng đường ống nước do bên B thực hiện tại khu vực này;

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

-Responsible to work handed after reassignment for the specialized agency and other related issues;-Follow the progress were the provisions of article V, "duration" of this contract;-Contact the road management agencies to implement Threading Guide, ensuring traffic safety when execute, permissions (if available);-Ensure after handing over the premises for A Party: party A major construction not stuck and does not bear any responsibility for damaged water pipes due to side B made in this area;

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

- Responsible for working to handing over the project after the re-arranged for specialized management agencies and other related issues;
- Follow the progress already prescribed in Article V, "Duration" of this contract;
- Contact the road management agencies to achieve the diversification and guidance to ensure traffic safety during the construction, licensing (if any);
- ensure after the hand over to party A: party A construction works which are no longer obstacles and does not accept any responsibility for the damage caused by the B plumbing done in this area;
