Event description
At 21:24 hours on July 4th 2016, a Casual(Name- Mr. Hazari) of GPC contractor was sorting damaged crown bottles after labeler, while checking one bottle got burst in his hand and a small particle of glass hit his left Eye and a small cut in the lower portion of left eye. After this hit he ran from his place & reached at Bottling security guard for first aid. Security has given the first aid & informed the same to Production shift in charge. Then shift in-charge called the emergency taxi from gate to take him to hospital for further treatment. He has been admitted in Thareja Hospital, Alwar & treated by the cornea specialist. Initially Dr. was also unable to say anything in the lack of ultrasound, In Morning patient has been taken for ultrasound & the report of the same has been shared to doctor after seeing the report doctor has referred the patient to AIIMS Delhi as multiple surgeries was required for the proper result as retina was found damage as per Ultrasound report
