Căn cứ vào lênh khởi công ngày 08/06/2015 Nhà thầu (CC1) đã tiến hành công tác triển khai thi công ngoài thực địa, trong quá trình thi công đã có một số các đơn vị Nhà thầu thi công cho phần hạng mục công việc trước đây đến gây rối và ngăn cản nhà thầu (CC1), tuy nhiên nhà thầu (CC1) đã kết hợp các bên liên quan giải quyết xong những vấn đề nêu trên. Nhưng đến ngày 12/06/2015 Nhà thầu (CC1) nhận được văn bản từ UBND xã Tam Hưng nói về việc tranh chấp giữa Công ty TNHH vật liệu xây dựng Saint-Gobain Bắc Việt Nam với các Nhà thầu đã thực hiện phần công việc trước đây và theo đề nghị của UBND xã Tam Hưng với Công ty TNHH vật liệu xây dựng Saint-Gobain Bắc Việt Nam về việc giải trình những tranh chấp nêu trên, để Nhà thầu (CC1) có thể triển khai các công việc tiếp theo.
Kính đề nghị Chủ đầu tư, Tư vấn giám sát, sớm giải quyết những tranh chấp để không làm ảnh hưởng tới tiến độ chung của dự án.
