• Chủ Đầu Tư không còn nhu cầu thực hiện Dự Án. Trong trường hợp này, Chủ Đầu Tư sẽ gởi Thông báo đến Bên Tư Vấn và nêu rõ lý do chấm dứt, sau đó hai bên sẽ sắp xếp một cuộc họp để trao đổi về vấn đề này và Chủ Đầu Tư sẽ là bên đưa ra quyết định cuối cùng mà không cần sự đồng ý của Bên Tư Vấn.
