The final step is to Identify the performance goals and help employees sustain a high level of performance over the long term. The first thing to do in this step is the PNJ achievement, it is the consideration of the results of each individual work has been done in the training process. The purpose of this is to determine the current location for employees performing such work; evaluate whether the individual meets the requirements or not; and review the work already done in order to determine the need to fix the weaknesses, and build the training program, training suits, needed. Evaluation method which is used PNJ KPI (Key Performance Indicator) and MBO (Management By Objectives).
