Bất kỳ Bên nào vi phạm hợp đồng này

Bất kỳ Bên nào vi phạm hợp đồng này và gây thiệt hại cho Bên kia thì phải bồi thường thiệt hại cho Bên bị vi phạm. Mức bồi thường do các bên thỏa thuận, trong trường hợp không thỏa thuận được thì sẽ thực hiện theo phán quyết của Tòa án có thẩm quyền.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:
