Khi cần thiết, phòng Quản lý chất lượng sẽ lấy mẫu kiểm tra các chỉ tiêu sản phẩm LPG của lô hàng đó để so sánh với kết quả của đơn vị giám định nhằm đảm bảo tính chính xác và khách quan về chất lượng của sản phẩm Nhà máy lọc dầu Dung Quất.
e) Giải quyết tranh chấp thương mại:
Trong trường hợp không tin tưởng vào kết quả giám định hoặc có tranh chấp thương mại liên quan đến chất lượng sản phẩm thì BSR và khách hàng căn cứ theo quy định của hợp đồng để giải quyết. Mẫu lưu của đơn vị giám định có thể được gửi tới một đơn vị trọng tài để phân tích. Kết quả do đơn vị trọng tài cung cấp là kết quả cuối cùng.
