Phương án đánh giá tác động môi trường phải đáp ứng các yêu cầu sau:

5.2.3. Thực hiện các công việc đánh giá tác động môi trường theo đúng nhiệm vụ, phương án được chủ đàu tư phê duyệt, tiêu chuẩn, quy chuẩn, các yêu cầu kỹ thuật. Lập báo cáo kết quả đánh giá tác động môi trường.
5.3 Lập dự án đầu tư xây dựng công trình:
Dự án đầu tư gồm thuyết minh và thiết kế cơ sở. Nội dung công tác lập dự án đầu tư bao gồm các nội dung công việc được quy định tại điều 52 của Luật xây dựng, nội dung chi tiết theo điều 7,8 của nghị định số 12/2009/NĐ-CP ngày 12/02/2009 về quản lý dự án đầu tư xây dựng công trình và các quy định của pháp luật về xây dựng.
