Khi sản phẩm đầu tiên tới tay người dung họ sẽ xài thử và phản hồi lại cho nhà phát triển những lỗi và đóng góp ý kiến của mình trong ngày hoặc trong tuần, về phía nhà phát triển họ sẽ có được thông tin phản hồi một cách nhanh nhất thay vì sau 6 tháng mới có được các thông tin phản hồi của khách hàng. Khi mà nhà phát triển có được những thông tin phản hồi về sản phẩm như các lỗi thì họ có thời gian sửa những lỗi đó rất nhanh, và tiếp tục phát triển các phiên bản tiếp theo một cách nhanh chóng. Sau sáu tháng thì phần mềm đó sẽ hoàn thiện và thời gian theo các kế hoạch được đảm bảo.
