Nghĩa vụ phải thanh toán các chi ph

Nghĩa vụ phải thanh toán các chi phí và phí tổn mà Bên A phải thanh toán ngay khi Bên A yêu cầu thanh toán các nghĩa vụ trả nợ quy định tại Điều 1.1 nói trên và các chi phí, phí tổn để xử lý tài sản thế chấp ( được quy định tại Điều 2 dưới đây) và bất kỳ chi phí, phí tổn nào phát sinh trong quá trình thực hiện và thanh lý hợp đồng này.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

The obligation to pay the costs and expenses that A Party be paid immediately when A Party required the payment of debt service obligations specified in article 1.1 above and the cost, the cost to dispose of collateral (to be defined in article 2 below) and any costs , expenses incurred in the implementation process and liquidate this contract.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

The obligation to pay all costs and expenses payable by Party A when Party A request for payment of debt obligations specified in Article 1.1 above and other expenses, costs for handling assets compliance (defined in Article 2 below) and any costs and expenses incurred in the implementation process and liquidate the contract.
