MứcNgoài chính sách hỗ trợ trên, ưu tiên thực hiện một số chính sách để thực hiện hỗ trợ chuyển đổi từ trồng lúa sang trồng ngô. Cụ thể, chi tổ chức các lớp bồi dưỡng, tập huấn và đào tạo, xây dựng mô hình trình diễn chuyển đổi từ trồng lúa sang trồng ngô trên đất trồng lúa theo Thông tư liên tịch số 183/2010/TTLT-BTC- BNN ngày 15/11/2010 về hướng dẫn chế độ quản lý, sử dụng kinh phí ngân sách nhà nước cấp đối với hoạt động khuyến nông; hỗ trợ lãi suất vốn vay thương mại đối với các khoản vay dài hạn, trung hạn, ngắn hạn bằng đồng Việt Nam để mua máy, thiết bị nhằm giảm tổn thất trong nông nghiệp theo Quyết định số 68/2013/QĐ-TTg ngày 14/11/2013 về chính sách hỗ trợ nhằm giảm tổn thất trong nông nghiệp
