tôi đã xem rất nhiều chương trình thực tế nhưng chương trình mà tôi yêu thích nhất là "running man" của hàn quốc . nó được phát sóng vào mỗi tối chủ nhật hàng tuần tính theo múi giờ việt nam , bản dịch tiếng anh có vào vào thứ hai và bản dịch tiếng việt sẽ có vào ngày tiếp theo. nó được phát sóng lần đầu tiên vào ngày 11 tháng 7 năm 2010 và đã phát sóng được 265 tập (Tính đến hiện nay). Đây là một chương trình "hành động ở đô thị" chưa từng có và chương trình tập trung vào môi trường thành thị. Các thành viên chính thức của chương trình và khách mời cùng chơi trò chơi và làm nhiệm vụ để giành chiến thắng cuộc đua.thông thường mỗi tập phát sóng sẽ có 3 đến 4 trò chơi.người hay đội nào giành được thắng lợi cuối cùng sẽ nhận được phần thưởng bằng vàng . tôi thục sự cảm thấy thú vị và thư giản khi xem chương trình vì vậy tôi hi vọng chương trình sẽ vẫn còn tiếp diễn.
