Đối với các sai sót phát sinh trong quá trình truyền nhận thông điệp GNT mà GNT đã hạch toán nộp vào TK KBNN, nhưng các thông tin hạch toán là không đúng so với thông tin chứng từ điện tử gốc do NNT đã lập thì 2 bên cần phải phối hợp đối chiếu để tìm ra nguyên nhân cụ thể và xử lý kịp thời.
