Điều 5: Điều chỉnh lương

Hằng năm, căn cứ vào tình hình phát triển, kết quả kinh doanh và lợi nhuận sau thuế của Công ty, Công ty sẽ tiến hành xem xét, điều chỉnh lương căn bản và phụ cấp cho Người lao động.

Phần lương được điều chỉnh tăng tùy thuộc vào thái độ, quá trình làm việc, phấn đấu, thành tích cũng như sự đóng góp của Người lao động đối với Công ty.
