With the observations and analysis, we found that VMC is necessary to develop a business strategy for the period from 2015 to 2020, with a vision to 2030. We will analyze the overall relationship between strengths (S), weaknesses (W) of the Internal VMC with opportunities (O) threats (T) of the business environment that VMC is and will be involved; strategic position (matrix IE) and competitiveness (matrix Quarterly) to select the optimal business strategy. Since then will plan implementation, control and evaluation in order to promote the best of the core capabilities of VMC.
