- Khiếu nại: lần đầu về việc thưởng doanh số 2015 và thanh toán công nợ không đúng hạn.
- Nội dung khiếu nại:
1) Theo điều 2 về chiết khấu tiền thưởng có ghi trong hợp đồng đã ký năm 2014 như sau:
• >60.000.000VND: 3%
• >70.000.000VND: 5%
• >100.000.000VND: 8%
thực tế Tân Mai Thành đã cung cấp cho Medicare và nhận lại hàng trả từ Medicare chi tiết như sau:

nhưng Medicare lại tính phần doanh số theo trị giá hàng đã mua Tân Mai Thành mà không trừ lại phần hàng trả lại nên phần thưởng doanh số 2015 Medicare tính là: 7.844.378vnd, con số này rất bất hợp lý.
2) Thanh toán không đúng hạn, công nợ từ năm 2013 đến nay vẫn chưa thanh toán hết. Chi tiết như sau:

Công ty Tân Mai Thành đã gửi email và điện thoại yêu cầu xác nhận phần công nợ nhiều lần nhưng phòng kế toán cố tình không giải quyết và đưa ra nhiều lý do: bận công tác, đã đưa vào sổ kế toán không chỉnh sửa được, Tân Mai Thành xác nhận trễ, không có chức năng giải quyết, phải ký duyệt phần thưởng doanh số 2015 là 7.844.378vnd thì sau 60 ngày mới chuyển khoản, nếu không chịu ký duyệt thì kéo dài thời gian thanh toán Medicare càng có lợi,…Do vậy, Công ty Tân Mai Thành đề nghị Tổng giám đốc xem xét, giải quyết vấn đề này trong thời gian sớm nhất để Tân Mai Thành và Medicare kết thúc hợp đồng 2014 một cách nhanh chóng. Mặc dù Medicare thanh toán không đúng hạn, nhưng các khoản hỗ trợ và thưởng doanh số Công ty tân Mai Thành vẫn thực hiện đúng, riêng phần thưởng doanh số 2015 Công ty Tân Mai Thành chỉ đồng ý thưởng 1.950.360vnd.
