Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh: Chủ đầu tư dự án căn hộ Horizon Tower vi phạm hợp đồng mua bán với khách hàng


Theo phản ánh của những khách hàng đã ký hợp đồng “hứa mua hứa bán căn hộ' tháng 5/2004, biết dự án cao ốc Horizon Tower do Công ty Địa ốc Fico đại diện cho các chủ đầu tư gồm các liên danh: Tổng Công ty Vật liệu Xây dựng số 1, Công ty Cổ phần Tài trợ địa ốc RC và Công ty Cổ phần Sữa Việt Nam chào bán căn hộ, nên mọi người tham gia góp vốn mua nhà. Khi chào bán, chủ đầu tư đã quảng cáo dự án cao ốc Horizon Tower cao hơn 14 tầng với gần 200 căn hộ có diện tích từ 70-149m2/căn; giá bán trung bình từ 13- 14 triệu đồng/m2; thời gian giao nhà là 30 tháng kể từ khi làm hợp đồng. Nhưng khi khách hàng ký hợp đồng và đóng được khoảng 30% tổng giá trị căn hộ (khoảng 400-600 triệu đồng) thì tiến độ thực hiện dự án bắt đầu chậm lại. Mãi đến tháng 4/2007, chủ đầu tư mới tiến hành khởi công với tầng cao điều chỉnh lên đến 22 tầng.

Để giải thích, ngày 21/9/2007, Công ty Địa ốc Fico đã có văn bản gửi khách hàng xin lỗi về sự cố trên vì lý do bất khả kháng và hứa giải quyết, thực hiện theo các điều khoản đã cam kết trong hợp đồng hứa mua hứa bán căn hộ.

Gần đây, ngày 26/9/2008, bà Vương Thúy Nga-Giám đốc Công ty Địa ốc Fico đã bất ngờ thông báo đến các khách hàng về việc “Giải quyết việc tạm ngừng thi công dự án Horizon Tower”.
