Sau thời hạn bảo hành theo thỏa thuận tại Khoản 5 Điều này, việc sửa chữa các hư hỏng của căn hộ thuộc trách nhiệm của Bên Mua. Việc bảo trì phần sở hữu chung trong nhà chung cư được thực hiện theo quy định của pháp luật về nhà ở.
