5.8. Việc chấp thuận/xác nhận của Ngân hàng nhà nước liên quan đến Khoản vay nước ngoài được chuyển nhượng từ Bên A sang Bên B không làm thay đổi quyền, nghĩa vụ các Bên đã ký kết tại Hợp đồng này. Các Bên đồng ý rằng, việc thực hiện đăng ký thay đổi Khoản vay nước ngoài là thủ tục hành chính và trong mọi trường hợp không làm mất đi hiệu lực của thỏa thuận chuyển nhượng này giữa các Bên.
